Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Project Life RP or connecting to our game server, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Server Rules. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Rules

  • -One account per person. Alternate accounts are strictly prohibited and result in permanent ban.
  • -You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • -Account sharing is not permitted.
  • -We reserve the right to suspend or ban any account at our discretion.

4. Server Rules

All players must follow the server rules outlined on our Rules page. Violation of server rules may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans depending on severity.

5. VIP Subscriptions & Donations

  • -VIP perks are cosmetic and quality-of-life only. We do not sell gameplay advantages.
  • -All payments are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law.
  • -VIP status does not exempt you from server rules or moderation actions.
  • -We reserve the right to modify VIP perks at any time.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: use exploits, hacks, or cheats; harass other players outside of in-character roleplay; share personal information of other players; attempt to access accounts or data that does not belong to you; disrupt server operations.

7. Intellectual Property

Project Life RP is a community modification for Project Zomboid. We do not claim ownership of Project Zomboid or The Indie Stone's intellectual property. Custom content created for Project Life RP (scripts, UI, systems) belongs to the Project Life RP team.

8. Service Availability

We provide the game server and website on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, and may perform maintenance or updates at any time. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress or data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may delete your account by contacting staff.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
